Bulli – Opposite soccer field near beach

Crome Road, Albion Park

Beaton Park Car Park near Leisure Centre

Albion Park, bottom of Macquarie – Geoff’s Farm

Port Kembla Hill Run: Opposite Port Kembla Beach, King George 1V Oval

Children’s distances will range from 2km to 3km to 4km
Adults distances will range from 4km to 5km to 8 km to 10 km
Hill Runs will be 2km and 4km. Optional.
U/8, U/10 and U/12 – 2km minimum per week up to 3km
U/12, U/14 and U/16 – 4km minimum per week up to 5km
$1 per person per event or maximum of $5 per family
Walk distances will be determined
Small canteen operating each week
Barbecues as stated on program – athletes’ supporters asked to bring salads etc, Meat will be provided

Nominations taken on the day.
All distances will be run depending on entries for the day.
Distances for short courses for fitness and sprinters/throwers will vary between 2 km & 2.5 km.
